But it doesn’t stop there. NW Protective believes that it is the company – not just the assigned Security Officers – who provides the security for the community. The company provides several layers of back-up and support to the Officers on duty to assure that the Officers have the resources they need to provide the needed level of security.
- Our 24/7 staffed, computerized radio dispatch department can communicate with and provide support to the Security Officers at any time of the day or night.
- Seasoned, experienced Field Supervisors visit the site to provide support and continuous training to the Officers on duty. If the need arises, these Field Supervisors can be dispatched at any time to bolster the security presence and knowledge at the site.
- Vehicle Patrol Officers can be dispatched on a moments notice to provide additional back-up and a higher level of security presence when an incident calls for increased security.
