Randy Neely, Chief Executive Officer
- Randy Neely came to Northwest Protective in August of 2007 after a 21-year career as Vice President with a national security competitor. Prior to the contract security field, Randy managed residential and high-rise properties in southern California. Additionally, Randy worked in the proprietary section of the security field of the hospitality industry. Randy attended National University and majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Legal Research & Studies. He is the past President of the Washington State Security Council.
Christopher W. Phillips, Director of Corporate Operations
- Chris Phillips brings a multitude of diversified security experience to Northwest Protective Service. Chris joins us after spending 12 years with a national security competitor ranging in capacities from Account Manager to Area Manger. Chris' education in Business Administration and Criminal Justice, coupled with his time served in the US Air Force, creates the perfect foundation for our corporate operations strategy. Chris is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), the WA State Security Council and the Terrorist Early Warning (TEW) group of Snohomish County.
Todd Spencer, Corporate Controller
- Todd holds a BS in Business Administration, with a Finance and Accounting concentration from the University of Florida. He is a CPA and member of the AICPA. Todd has a broad scope of business knowledge from various industries in his more than 22 year professional career. Before joining NW Protective, he was the Controller for the Americas for Wireless Data Services, an international call center and data configuration provider. Prior to that he was the CFO/VP of Finance for Fibres International Inc., a full service recycling company. In addition to working as Division Controller for several Multi-National Fortune 500 Engineering & Construction and Waste Management firms, he was an auditor with Price Waterhouse.
Tom Currie, Branch Manager - Eastern Washington
- After attending College Tom entered the Military where he became a Platoon Leader in the US Army Armored Calvary based in Fort Knox Kentucky. After the Military he entered Law enforcement with the Dillon Montana Police Department. Upon serving there several years and being an entrepreneur, he started his own business and has been managing businesses now for over twenty years. His dedication to customer service excellence has made him very successful. He holds a certificate in Advanced Management Training from Canon USA. Most recently he completed a train the trainer course from the Spokane County Sheriff’s Department on Frontline Responder Terrorism Awareness, and is now a certified trainer. With management experience and a police background as well as a dedication to service excellence, He brings valuable knowledge and management skills to our organization.
T. Earl Moss, Sr. Account Manager - Seattle Branch
- Earl is a graduate of New York University and has a degree in Communications. His career began in the military; serving in the U.S. Navy (Naval Intelligence) as a Cryptologic Communications Specialist. After serving 23 years of duty in Asia and the Middle East, Earl joined our team and became a member of the Northwest Protective Group in 1999. He first served NW Protective as the Patrol Division Manager, and was quickly promoted to our account and client services division as an Account Manager and then Senior Account Manager. He has a well deserved reputation for coordinating and delivering stellar customer services to our clients and is a valued member of the NW Protective Management team. Earl brings over 20 years of valuable experience in management, security, and customer service to the Group.
Doug Hiatt, Account Manager - Tacoma Branch
- After being commissioned and completing training as a Naval Aviator, Doug spent the next 20 years alternating between a cockpit and assignments in aviation program management. A combat veteran and former exchange pilot with the Royal Navy, Doug also worked with industry managers to bring next-generation jet aircraft into Navy service. Upon retiring from the Navy, Doug spent the next 11 years as a liaison officer with the Royal Australian Air Force, interfacing between the USN and industry in support of RAAF combat aircraft. Doug is a life member of the Association of Naval Aviation and the Military Officers Association of America. He is also a current member of Tacoma Executives Association and City Club of Tacoma. He holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees. Hired as the Tacoma Account Manager in 2005, Doug brings extensive business and liaison experience to the Tacoma office.
