  • Randy Neely

    Randy Neely

    Chief Executive Officer

    Randy Neely came to Northwest Protective in August of 2007 after a 21-year career as Vice President with a national security competitor. Prior to the contract security field, Randy managed residential and high-rise properties in southern California. Additionally, Randy worked in the proprietary section of the security field of the hospitality industry. Randy attended National University and majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Legal Research & Studies. He is the past President of the Washington State Security Council.

    Christopher W. Phillips

    Corporate Director of Operations

    Chris Phillips brings a diversity of security experience to Northwest Protective Service. Chris joins us after spending 12 years with a national security competitor ranging in capacities from Account Manager to Area Manger. Chris' education in Business Administration and Criminal Justice, coupled with his time served in the US Air Force, creates the perfect foundation for our corporate operations strategy. Chris is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), the WA State Security Council and the Terrorist Early Warning (TEW) group of Snohomish County.

  • Todd Spencer

    Corporate Controller

    Todd holds a BS in Business Administration, with a Finance and Accounting concentration from the University of Florida. He is a CPA and member of the AICPA. Todd has a broad scope of business knowledge from various industries in his more than 22 year professional career. Before joining NW Protective, he was the Controller for the Americas for Wireless Data Services, an international call center and data configuration provider. Prior to that he was the CFO/VP of Finance for Fibres International Inc., a full service recycling company. In addition to working as Division Controller for several Multi-National Fortune 500 Engineering & Construction and Waste Management firms, he was an auditor with Price Waterhouse.

  • Brian Ditmore

    Business Development Manager

    After a successful 30 year career in the building services industry, Brian Ditmore has brought his experience to NW Protective to be their Business Development Manager. He attended Central Washington University in Ellensburg, majoring in business and music. Brian worked in the Seattle and Portland areas in the beginning of his career in contract janitorial services as a district manager. For the last 20 years he has been cultivating business relationships in his capacities as a sales representative, sales manager, and regional manager for the supply distribution side of the industry. Brian is an active member of BOMA, IREM and IFMA.

  • Dave Turgeon

    Account Manager - Seattle Branch

    Dave was born and raised in the Northwest, and he attended the University of Washington graduating with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Dave has twenty-five plus years in management, security, and customer service in the transportation industry. His previous employment experience in the armored car business, waste management industry, and portable waste industry, provides Dave with a diverse management portfolio. Dave strongly endorses that exceeding customer expectations will lead to 100% customer satisfaction. Communication is the pivotal link in creating the positive experience that both clients and fellow employee’s desire.

  • T. Earl Moss

    Branch Manager - Tacoma, WA

    Earl is a graduate of New York University and has a degree in Communications. His career began in the military where he served in the U.S. Navy (Naval Intelligence) as a Cryptologic Communications Specialist. After serving 23 years of duty in Asia and the Middle East, Earl joined our team and became a member of the Northwest Protective Group in 1999. He first served NW Protective as the Patrol Division Manager, and was quickly promoted to our account and client services division as an Account Manager and then Senior Account Manager. He has a well deserved reputation for coordinating and delivering stellar customer services to our clients and is a valued member of the NW Protective Management team. Earl brings over 20 years of valuable experience in management, security, and customer service to the Group.

  • Barbara Reed

    Operations Manager - Spokane Branch

    Barbara Reed's career with NW Protective began in 1999, as a security officer. Her education and extensive background in accounting and small business quickly paved her way through the ranks, where she excelled in operational management. In 2001, Barb took on the key role as Spokane's Operations Manager. Within her current position, she expertly balances both tactical, day-to-day service needs while focusing on our clients.

  • Dianna Barr

    Operations Manager - Yakima Branch

    Dianna Barr devoted 20 years with Law Enforcement in Snohomish County. During her time of service, she was honored in being named Washington State Police Officer of the Year. Her roles included Patrol Officer, Property Crimes Detective, DARE Officer and Washington State Criminal Justice Training Center Instructor. Dianna then spent 5 years in Everett, Washington as the security supervisor for a large, well known medical center, where she was instrumental in building their emergency preparedness and scenario-based training programs.

  • Neal Butler

    Branch Manager - Portland, OR

    Neal Butler has an extensive background in law enforcement as well as private security. Neal retired as the Chief Deputy Sheriff of Clackamas County Sheriff’s Department after twenty-eight years of service. Following his career in law enforcement, Neal spent five years with a national security provider over-seeing a large retail center and a Class “A” high-rise project in Portland. Neal attended Oregon State University, is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, the Oregon Executive Development Institute and the Oregon State Sheriff’s Association Command College. He holds an Executive Manager certificate from DPSST. Neal is active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Clackamas County Dispute Resolution Center and is a member of a local Rotary Club, serving as President in 2000-2001.
